Does C1 include lifetime free software?
No. C1 includes the first year free. Paid monthly, quarterly, yearly and lifetime subscription options are available after the included year. C1 PRO has different software terms.
Will it do the exact job on my car?
Support depends on your vehicle, system and function. Check your year, make, model and the job you need before buying. A brand appearing in a coverage list does not confirm every function.
Does C1 support FCA secure gateway access?
FCA access is a separate purchase where required. Check the access requirements for your vehicle before buying.
Does C1 support ECU programming or TPMS sensor tools?
C1 does not support online ECU programming or TPMS sensor functions. Injector coding is one of its eight service functions; this does not mean general ECU coding is supported.
How long does delivery take?
