Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products that have been opened, activated, registered, or used are not eligible for non-defective returns based solely on change of mind, incorrect purchase, or similar reasons.

Different rules apply where EDIAG confirms a qualifying product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.

11. Warranty

All scanners sold through ediagtool.com include a:

1-year seller warranty

covering eligible manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not automatically cover issues caused by:

· Misuse or improper operation;

· Accidental or external damage;

· Unauthorized modification or repair;

· Normal wear and tear;

· Failure to follow applicable instructions;

· A vehicle or function not being supported where the product itself is operating normally.

Depending on the circumstances, warranty remedies may include:

· Another appropriate solution.

The 1-year seller warranty is separate from the 30-day return period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
