Pairing and initial start up is easy, loaded the free repair solutions option that came with the scanner, easy breezy!Loads quick, info available in half the time of my two older scan tools.

CAN-FD support is why I upgraded. Bluetooth works solid after pairing.

Bi-directional works solid and ECU coding works for the price — worth the money.

The scan tool was exactly what we were looking for, at a decent price. It is easy to use and worked to figure out my car problem!

This unit works great and has helped me resolve issues that the dealerships and shops have failed to rectify with previous repairs. It also allows me to keep a record of each vehicle and the corresponding data and repairs. I also like the parts that are recommended and linked to through the phone app. The only negative issue is you have to remove the cord from the device if you want to store it in the bag that was included. It was worth every dollar spent on this unit!

This is a great scan tool that won’t break the bank for the DIYers out there! This one has a multitude of functions making it easier to diagnose the issues. Great live data readings. You are able to connect your phone to the scan tool via an app to help diagnose codes easier. The scan tool is very easy to use, but I have owned others in the past so it’s not my first one, but it does come with an instruction booklet that gives you all the information needed to operate the scandal. Now I will say that every car is different as to the functions that the scan tool can provide so do your research before choosing the correct scan tool for you.

If you’re a do it yourself kind of person then this scanner is a must. Everything you need to troubleshoot and diagnose your vehicle CEL is on this tool. This scanner has a bunch of different features that you probably will never use but it’s there which is a good thing. Been using this scanner for about 2 months now working on my personal vehicles and doing jobs on the side for friends and clients. So far, I’ve no issues with it. It does exactly what it’s made to do. My favorite feature about this scanner is the Topology Mapping. It’s amazing how much it shows and tells you about each module in the car and where the fault is. Can’t forget about the autovin which is a time saver. The smaller scan tools I have don’t auto detect vins and it’s dreadful to type in manually lol. The bidirectional feature on this scanner is a life saver at testing individual modules. I would say that this is the only reason I got this tool. If used correctly it’ll save you a lot of time and help tremendously with diagnosing issues. Not to mention the AI Assistant feature, something I rarely used just because I like to figure things out on my own, but it’s there to make the job easier. Overall, so far I’ve had no issues with this scanner. It’s well built and the interface is user friendly. It comes in a nice case with accessories. I’m happy with this scanner and will provide an update if any issues arises. So far it’s well worth it.

We stock a few scanners for customer jobs. Ordering felt like dealing with a real distributor: clear product options, clean payment, careful packaging, and warranty questions answered promptly.

We buy diagnostic scanners for multiple bays and prefer sellers who treat orders professionally. This website made comparing models simple, processed payment without issues, and shipped with proper protection. Follow-up support was available when we had a question about warranty coverage. Feels like dealing with a real distributor, not a random marketplace listing.

After several weeks of regular use in a busy garage environment, this diagnostic tool has proven to be a seriously capable and dependable bit of kit. Build quality feels solid and professional, with a bright 10.1-inch display that remains clear even under strong workshop lighting, making long diagnostic sessions far less tiring on the eyes. Setup proved straightforward, and within minutes it was communicating with multiple vehicles without fuss. Menu layout feels logical and well thought out, allowing quick navigation between systems without the frustration that often comes with more complicated scanners. Live data streams load quickly and remain stable, which makes tracing intermittent faults far easier than expected. Bidirectional controls worked reliably across several makes, giving genuine confidence when performing component tests and system resets. Workshop efficiency improves noticeably when a tool responds this quickly and provides clear information without unnecessary delays. Regular software updates also show a strong commitment to keeping the platform current with newer vehicles and evolving systems. Anyone serious about vehicle diagnostics will appreciate how much time this unit can save when dealing with complex electrical issues. Reliable performance, strong coverage and a polished interface combine to create a diagnostic platform that feels purpose-built for professionals who want accuracy, speed and convenience in a single device

Use Will this work on my car? on the product page, or Vehicle Coverage, with year, make, and model. Standard OBD2 (check-engine, live data) is broader than resets, bidirectional tests, or coding — those depend on the exact vehicle and software.

If a specific job matters (ABS bleed, IMMO, coding), email support@ediagtool.com with your VIN and the function you need. We’ll check it before you order.

You buy from us, so support stays with us: coverage help before checkout, US-warehouse shipping, 30-day returns on unused tools, and a 1-year limited warranty handled by our team — not a “contact the factory” loop.

Need a starting point? Use Help Me Choose, or send the vehicle and the job you’re trying to do.

In-stock US orders usually leave within 1 business day. Local inventory typically arrives in 2–7 business days. Stock from another warehouse can take 7–30 business days. You’ll get tracking by email when it ships; multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package.

Unused, complete tools in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email us first with your order number — don’t ship anything until we send return instructions. Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping. Confirmed product-quality issues: we handle the resolution.

Scanners include a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Start with us: email support@ediagtool.com with order number, model, serial number, and photos or video. We’ll try to fix it remotely first; if it needs repair or replacement, we give the next step. Misuse, missing parts, or unauthorized teardown aren’t covered.

It depends on the model. Don’t assume lifetime free updates. The product page lists what’s included and any renewal. After an included period, basic OBD2 often still works; full-system, resets, or coding may need a paid update. Ask us before you buy if update cost is a deciding factor.
