1-Year Seller Warranty

All physical products purchased through ediagtool.com include a 1-year seller warranty, beginning from the date the product is delivered.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.

If you believe your product has developed a fault, please contact EDIAG Support before attempting a repair or returning the product.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The seller warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• Buyer-caused or accidental damage

• Failure to follow applicable product instructions
• A vehicle or diagnostic function not being supported when the product itself is operating normally

Warranty eligibility will be reviewed based on the product, reported issue, proof of purchase, and other relevant information.

Vehicle & Function Compatibility

Vehicle coverage and supported diagnostic functions may vary depending on vehicle make, model, year, configuration, ECU, software version, region, and the specific function being used.

A compatibility limitation does not automatically mean that the product is defective.
