U061E — Lost Communication With Battery Isolation/Voltage Stabilization Control Module
The vehicle bus reports loss of communication with the battery isolation / voltage stabilization module (typical in start/stop systems). Cranking voltage stabilization and second-battery switching cannot be commanded.
