P2384 — EGR Sensor D Circuit Intermittent
Same as P2381 but the signal is intermittent - typically a connector or harness fault. EGR mixes inert exhaust into intake to lower combustion peak temperature — too little raises NOx, too much causes misfires and rough running.
General code reference. Confirm the definition and diagnostic procedure for your vehicle's year, model and engine. A stored code alone does not identify a failed part.
