P22C5 — Turbocharger Compressor Outlet Valve Control Circuit/Open
The drive circuit for the turbocharger compressor outlet valve (also called diverter valve or blow-off valve) is open. The valve releases boost pressure when the throttle closes to prevent compressor surge.
